Is the first month really free?
Yes—tools and support are on us for the first month. Sensible limits (~100 cases/month) apply; we'll tailor if you need more.
Do I need to install anything or integrate?
No. It's cloud SaaS and can run entirely over email. CRM and other bespoke integrations will need a review, and if we need to do bespoke work may be chargeable; but you don't need this to get significant value, and we'll look things on a case by case basis.
Can my assistants use it?
Absolutely, unlimited seats during the pilot.
What about data security?
