Potential Employee Privacy Notice

‍This privacy notice describes the processing of personal data we undertake as a business where we are the controller and you are a potential employee, and should be read alongside the general Privacy Notice which applies to all processing.

Should you application be successful then we will provide further information in our Employee Privacy Notice.

Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data for the purpose as set out in the table below, which also shows our lawful basis under UK data protection legislation (UK GDPR) for doing so.

Special category data

We do not routinely process special category data at the early stages of our recruitment process, however if this does occur we will provide additional privacy information at the time.

How long do we keep your data for?

 We will retain your personal data by default for the following periods:

Managing Recruitment Enquiries and our interview process 3 months if application does not proceed
Validating your eligibility to work in the UK 3 months if application does not proceed
Retaining your information immediately following the recruitment process, should your application be unsuccessful 3 months
Retaining your information within our talent pool, should your initial application be unsuccessful 12 months (after which you will be asked if you would like to renew your consent for a further 12 months)
